This wonderful note came to our NEKLS Children's Integrated Services (CIS) staffer, Kaitlyn Poulin from a mother of a child she worked with until he turned 3 and transitioned to an IEP:

"I wanted to reach out to you. I can't express enough how grateful we are to have had you in our home. We were very concerned about the people coming into our home when this all began, but thankfully you changed that for us. For the brief time you were with us, you showed our son the most patience, kindness, and compassion. More than I could have hoped for. You took the time to get to know him, bond with him and showed genuine love for him. You have made such a difference in him. You are such a special person to do what you do and do it so well."
